About the role

We have a unique opportunity for a Company Doctor to join our in‑house Occupational Health Department at JCB. This role is 4‑days per week and is central to supporting the health, wellbeing, and productivity of our workforce. You’ll work closely with Management, HR and Health & Safety teams to keep our people fit, healthy and supported throughout their careers at JCB.

• Carry out a wide range of medical and occupational health assessments, offering expert advice and support across the organisation.
• Conduct medical assessments and occupational health evaluations for employees.
