Working closely with customers, colleagues and partner agencies, youll provide person-centred support that helps people facing homelessness move towards greater independence, wellbeing and long-term housing stability. Salary:£28,040.47 per year Contract:12-month fixed term contract Your week: 37 hours - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am - 10pm on a rolling rota.
