VON Canada is seeking a Community Registered Nurse for part time work in Nova Scotia. Provide crucial medical support to clients in their homes while enjoying clinical flexibility.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population across Truro, Colchester, and East Hants County. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with patients at their homes while applying your nursing knowledge in a variety of scenarios. Your responsibilities will include working shifts with an evening and weekend rotation and being part of an on-call team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential diabetes management and wound care
• Administer IV medications and assist with dialysis
