Job Description
Department of Corrections NZ in Taumarunui is seeking a Probation Officer. You will work with people we manage in the community and their whānau to address behaviours and reduce reoffending, preparing reports for Courts and the Parole Board. You will promote manaaki, kaitiaki, and whānau wellbeing while ensuring public safety.
The role is full-time and permanent, based in Taumarunui, with a focus on respectful engagement and culturally aware practice in line with the Hōkai Rangi strategy.
