Summary You will serve as a COMMUNITY PLANNING AND LIAISON OFFICER (CPLO) in the ASSEST MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAS KINGSVILLE TX. Responsibilities You will provide periodic updates to the region on the implementation of actions in coordination with the tracking tools. You will develop strategies and a plan of action to respond to encroachment challenges. You will provide authoritative interpretation of agency policies, regulations and standards while balancing divergent interests and relationships to protect the mission. You will assist with preparation of requirements in support of negotiations for real estate actions related to acquisitions and disposal of land, restrictive easements, or other use of government land involving Encroachment Partnering (EP) projects.
