Community & Partnerships Executive

Role Objective

Feed our partnerships-community marketing flywheel to drive O2O sales. You will serve as the chief operator executing LFS (Large Format Store) programs and community initiatives under the direct leadership of the Co-Founder, while supplying relationship power to campaigns built by the Growth Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Program Execution

• Community Programmr Operations: Act as the primary executive driver managing and executing activations across Large Format Store/Lifestyle programs.
• Community Fuel: Support day-to-day community initiatives, maintaining highly collaborative relationships that keep the brand top-of-mind for parents.
• BD Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the BD Lead with account management, documentation, and operational sales onboarding tasks.
