Community Outreach Dietitian - Prevention & Lifestyle Medicine

Summary

The Prevention & Lifestyle Medicine Registered Dietitian (RDN) plays a key role in advancing Parkview Health’s mission to improve health and inspire well-being by delivering evidence-based nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine programming. This position focuses on preventing, managing, and helping to reverse chronic diseases through practical education, culinary medicine, behavior-change support, and community engagement.

Working within the Community Nutrition team, this RDN leads classes, workshops, screenings, demonstrations, and patient-centered services including but not limited to Power By Plants, Ask the Dietitian, Lifestyle Medicine 101, grocery store tours, and culinary medicine sessions offered across Allen and Kosciusko counties.
