Community Manager (Candidate / VA)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager (Candidate / VA) to engage and nurture Wing’s growing community of applicants and virtual assistants. This role ensures the candidate pipeline stays warm and active, reducing MIA drop-offs and improving conversion from application to onboarding. You’ll act as both a community builder and communication strategist — keeping candidates informed, motivated, and connected to the Wing brand throughout the hiring journey.

Salary : ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 a month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online candidate and VA communities (social groups, chat channels, and talent hubs).
• Maintain consistent engagement campaigns to keep applicants warm while they move through the hiring and onboarding process.
