Community Liaison (PACE)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing prospect opportunities in the community; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating our marketing calendars.

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing enrollment statistics.

Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with HPMS guidelines Keep inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt of items.

Supports intake/enrollment staff by generating leads for potential enrollments Plans meetings, health/community fairs or events, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
