Job Summary
The Team Leader (TL) of Inclusion Services oversees the human resource management of front‑line Community Support workers. Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orienting new personnel. The TL manages workforce processes, collaborates with the Program Director on service development, and oversees day‑to‑day operations. The position provides supervision, development, and coaching to front‑line workers in partnership with the Program Director.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding by conducting screening interviews, participating in the interview process, and providing training and performance management for Community Support and General Service Workers.
