Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a patient panel, typically 650 clients
• Deliver holistic and team-based care to individuals
• Conduct patient visits at various locations in the community
• Support culturally-informed healthcare practices
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies
Requirements:
• Current practicing license with CPSBC
• Experience working with First Nations communities is ideal
• Willingness to train in Cultural Safety & Humility
