As an Operations Coordinator, you will monitor daily scheduled work orders and ensure technician preparedness. This dynamic role requires clear communication with internal teams while handling service requests promptly. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily jobs and technician arrival times
• Assign service calls based on priority effectively
• Find coverage for technician absences proactively
• Review service completions and outstanding tasks
• Communicate expectations to technicians daily
Requirements:
• Preferably 1–2 years in operations or scheduling
• Familiarity with the Fire Prevention Industry is beneficial
