Community Engagement & Programme Executive

• Support engagement with community partners, venues, schools, and agencies to expand programme reach
• Coordinate programme operations including venue sourcing, logistics, scheduling, and event delivery
• Support publicity and communications efforts, including digital platform updates to promote programmes
• Assist in community arts initiatives and engagement activities for participants and beneficiaries
• Collect and analyse programme data, feedback, and KPIs for reporting and improvement
• Gather human-interest stories to highlight community impact
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration and resource sharing
• Support procurement, documentation, and reimbursement processes in line with procedures
• Monitor programme outcomes and suggest improvements based on feedback and data
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
