Community Engagement and Wellness Coordinator

Vidyashilp University is looking for a Program Associate / Program Manager to jointly support the VU Wellness Centre and the VU Community Engagement Program. The ideal candidate will have a background in community work or NGO experience, along with research and program management skills.

Skills and Requirements:

• At least a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Must be fluent in Kannada and English (any other Indian language is an added advantage).
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with youth, and/or other marginalized communities.
• Basic research skills.
• Advanced skills in interacting with people for rapport building, outreach and community work.
• Advanced organizational and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
