• Support clients’ activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individual care needs
• Assist nurses and therapists in routine care, including monitoring of vital signs
• Support daily daycare programmes and prescribed therapeutic activities
• Assist with feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, medication assistance, and simple wound care (under supervision)
• Monitor cognitive and behavioural changes and elevate concerns appropriately
• Report adverse incidents, support investigations, and elevate feedback or complaints
• Perform housekeeping, equipment cleaning, inventory support, and basic administrative duties
