**Position Summary**

The **Senior Advisor, Enterprise Leadership Team Communications & Engagement** is responsible for designing and executing strategic employee engagement initiatives that strengthen connections between the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) and employees across the enterprise. This role serves as the lead architect and project manager for ELT site visits to employee offices in the U.S. and globally.
