Working closely with senior leaders, HR, and business teams, the role ensures employees are informed, aligned, and inspired. It manages internal communication campaigns, executive messaging, intranet content, and employee events, helping to strengthen organizational culture, foster collaboration, and support business performance across a global and diverse workforce.
