ASA Recruitment’s client, a Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh, are currently looking to recruit an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager on a hybrid basis, for an initial 12 month contract (with potential extensions) on a rate of up to £209/day inside of IR35 (based on experience). 

 Responsibilities:
Lead on the development and delivery of all internal communications relating to the publication of the Culture Review. Engage with staff and senior leaders to ensure they are fully supported and informed throughout, and we are transparent around the actions being taken forward in response to it.

Build strong relationships with leaders, and partner with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted source of advice and supporting leaders to communicate effectively with staff, including leading through change.
