Communications Consultant 3

The Lead Communications Consultant, Retirement role meets the communications needs of clients by delivering standard and/or custom communications solutions on behalf of plan sponsors or internal stakeholders.


**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ May oversee work of more junior staff and assign projects as needed.
+ Lead meetings with stakeholders to review communication needs, deliverables, and budget implications
+ Ensure compliance of communications solutions within the regulatory environment
+ Establish and report metrics to measure success of communications strategies.
+ Oversee work assignments to more junior staff.
+ Manage ad hoc endorsement mailings, writing scripts and test case with Technology partners
+ Coordinate business and technology interfaces along with template management

**Educational Requirements**

+ University (Degree) Preferred

**Work Experience**

+ 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
