This nationally recognised architecture studio is looking for a Communications and Bid Submissions Manager to join their Melbourne studio. They are looking for a highly creative and organised professional who can prepare winning bids across architecture projects, with great graphic design skills and can communicate the vision and values of the practice. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of bids, tenders, EOIs and capability submissions from opportunity through to final delivery
• Develop strategic, client-focused submission narratives that clearly articulate value, design thinking and project strengths
• Create visually engaging, high-quality proposal documents and presentations using advanced Adobe InDesign skills
• Translate complex technical and design information into clear, persuasive and well-structured written content
