About the Role
The incumbent plays a pivotal in ensuring that healthcare-related updates and messages are communicated clearly, effectively, to the agents and customers. This position is responsible for developing and delivering communication content that supports the channel understanding and adoption, while ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and regulatory requirements.
