Elevate community health as a Communicable Disease Nurse III with Halifax County. This role encompasses comprehensive disease management and active community participation.
As a Communicable Disease Nurse III, you will manage the specificities of the Communicable Disease program while ensuring compliance with CDC and NC guidelines.
