Responsibilities

• Act as designated Site Signing Authority, ensuring all competency sign‑offs meet Ministry requirements, training standards, and internal expectations.
• Validate trainee competency through workplace observations, confirming skills can be performed safely, consistently, and independently before sign‑off.
• Document and maintain complete, accurate, and audit‑ready training records, including observations, assessments, and competency decisions.
