Launch Proposal Vehicle Analyst Pilot (VAP) Triage problems in the plant. Discover issues. Quality Analyst Pilot (QAP) Supplier Conformance Pilot (SCP) Component/Assembly Assessment Through Data Correlation (initially just for parts that we are dimensionally responsible (create drawings for); but can be extended to supplier responsible based on workload). Have suppliers measure 5 sets of parts. Have Stellantis measure same 5 parts for measurement correlation. Analyze data to verify supplier measurement system can be trusted if/when issues arise.
