Job Description

 Sugar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Commodity Manager who has strong commercial experience and stakeholder management to join our team reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
 As the Commodity Manager the purpose of this position is to:
 Manage the physical supply of raw sugar to 2 x Australian and 1 x New Zealand refineries, including raw sugar supply contract negotiation, freight contract negotiation, and execution of shipping/delivery programs.
 Manage the Sweeteners Sugar futures and FX flat price and spread price risk including trading strategy, trade execution, trade capture, position and P&L reporting
 Provide raw sugar + oncost pricing to the refined sugar Sales Team
 Provide commodity market information to internal stakeholders and refined sugar customers
