Commissioning Home Manager

We are expanding our fast-growing new build programme, aiming to open 10 purpose‑built homes each year, including dedicated dementia communities “Memory Lane”.

Main duties of the job

As a Commissioning Home Manager you will drive recruitment, build and develop a brand‑new team, and work closely with the new‑build project team to introduce the home into the wider community. You will set the foundations for an outstanding care home and successfully lead it through its first inspection. The role also includes community engagement, marketing to drive occupancy, and ensuring high standards of safeguarding, CQC and compliance.
