Job Description
- Factory debugging of equipment and after-sales maintenance.
- At the client side, solve various institutional, software, and electrical problems that arise in the process of acceptance, operation, etc., to the on-site handover and post-plant sales.
- Work with business and R & D engineers on the customer site to complete various customer verifications;
- Give design optimization proposals in terms of the efficiency, scalability and maintainability of the equipment, and give feedback to the R & D design department;
- To summarize the various problems that arise in the equipment on the site and form a field experience base to achieve the purpose of rapidly identifying problems, resolving problems, and providing strategies.
- Familiarity with the installation, debugging and post-maintenance of visual software / hardware.
- Complete the archiving of information on equipment commissioning, maintenance, improvement and so on in the field
