Qualifications
Specializes in Western cuisine and is responsible for preparing all necessary supplies and equipment for the main kitchen's daily operations.
Reports to the Chef de Partie to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly.
Communicates any updates or feedback, including guest comments, to the kitchen management team to improve service.
Ensures strict adherence to all HACCP guidelines and local municipality regulations to maintain the highest standards of food safety.
Assists in the general operation of the kitchen, taking a proactive role in ensuring the section is well-prepared and compliant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commis/Prep chef is highly desirable
