• Working In Hot Kitchen and knowledge about European and mediterranean cuisine dishes 
• Assist in other sections of the kitchen.
• Knowledge of Cold Western cuisine is an added advantage
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
