Commis de Rang – Fine Dining
The Commis de Rang supports the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, professional, and efficient service in accordance with the highest fine dining standards. Working closely with the Chef de Rang, the role contributes to the smooth operation of the assigned section and helps ensure that guests receive a seamless and memorable experience.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a genuine passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop within a luxury dining environment. The Commis de Rang assists with mise en place, table setup and maintenance, food and beverage service, and the overall presentation of the dining room, ensuring that all service standards are consistently upheld.
