Commis Chef required full time for Rialto Bridge Cafe

The Rialto Bridge Cafe, 568 South Circular Road, Rialto, Dublin 8 is seeking to hire an experienced Commis Chef to join their kitchen.



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.

Our menu offering rotates on a regularly basis: Hot Pots like chilli con carne, beef bourguignon, chicken curry, bean stew, and Tray Bakes such Guinness pie, roasted veggies, fish pie.



Applicants must be experienced to Commis Chef level. Minimum of 2 years commis experience needed.



A-la-carte cooking experience also and experience working in a busy kitchen.



Good interpersonal skills needed.



Duties and responsibilities will include:



• Working hot main dishes during service.

• Making sure food is of the right quality and is produced on time for customers
