Commis Chef

An attractive and prestigious, multi-award-winning, venue in the area of Melton Mowbray is looking to welcome a new Commis Chef to their hard-working team. This is a lovely opportunity for a dedicated chef to develop their skills within a highly supportive, team-focused environment that truly values its people.


You may already be a Commis Chef looking to join a new supportive company, or you’re a Junior Chef, KP (Kitchen Porter) or similar and looking to further your career as a Chef.



Salary: Competitive annual salary + excellent staff benefits + share of tips


Hours: Full-time, working on a rota basis, 5 days per week out of 7, across reasonable and fair working hours.



We are looking for:


– A good understanding of basic working practices in a kitchen environment, to include Food Hygiene standards, allergy awareness and dietary requirements


– Previous experience working in a catering environment
