Job Description
We are looking for Full Time - Commis Chef to join our fast pace working environment to provide high quality customer service to our guests at our Sydney Lounges.
Our Commis Chefs provide service between our a la carte and buffet environments. All our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service and the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.
What do you need?
Our Commis Chefs are required to have the ability to work a rotating roster, have a minimum Cert IV cookery trade qualification, and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable your work in the Airport. You must also have full Australian working rights to be considered for this role.
