Commis Chef

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Commis Chef to help us exceed customer expectations every day. In this role you will work closely with the kitchen team, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and take pride in creating quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of dishes
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to, including HACCP
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering as required
• Operate efficiently within a 24/7 casino environment, including night shifts and weekends

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (including HACCP)
• Passion for delivering great service as part of a team
