Commis Chef – voco St. David’s Cardiff (Cardiff Bay 5‑Star Hotel)

Full‑time contract. Pay is £13.90 per hour, equivalent to £28,912 salary plus service charge.

Role Overview

As a Commis Chef you will work as part of the kitchen team, delivering high‑quality food and first‑rate guest service. You will be involved in all kitchen sections and enjoy a varied workload.

Key Requirements

• Passion for delivering great service and great food.
• Previous experience as Chef or as an apprentice chef ready to take the next step.
• Experience working in all kitchen sections and a desire to build a career in the culinary field.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a wide hotel team.
