Commis Chef

We are recruiting a Commis Chef at Rhinefield House Hotel & Spa, a luxury hotel located in the New Forest National Park. The role involves training to transform fresh ingredients into high‑quality food for the hotel’s fine‑dining restaurant and kitchen staff.

The candidate we’re looking for will be hungry to learn and able to work within strict food hygiene restrictions.

About You

• Current base knowledge and experience in kitchens within a quality‑driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities, adapting to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.
• High level of emotional intelligence, able to anticipate guest needs and deliver the Hand Picked experience.
• Can demonstrate how to deliver guest‑experience standards at Hand Picked Hotels, going above and beyond to ensure a high‑quality, personal, magical experience.
