Company Description: Rainforest Athirapally is a luxury resort set within seven acres of pristine rainforest, in Athirapally, Kerala. Department: Kitchen Cuisine: Kerala & Continental Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a hotel or resort kitchen. Key Responsibilities: • Independently prepare assigned dishes following standard recipes. • Complete mise en place before service. • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. • Monitor ingredient quality and storage. • Minimize food wastage and follow portion control. • Guide and support junior kitchen staff. • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed. • Coordinate with senior chefs during service. Requirements: • Good understanding of Kerala and Continental cuisine. • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations. • Ability to work under pressure. • Good teamwork and communication skills.
