Avari Hotel Lahore is looking to Hire Commi - I.
Responsibilities: include but not limited to:
Prepares and services all food items according to approved recipes and standards.
Ensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items.
To cook/ prepare all special orders either for banquet, Ala’ Carte which may be assigned to him.
Work according to the menu specifications by the supervisor.
To ensure the working area remains clean at all times
To be fully aware of all the health and safety at work regulations in accordance with HACCP and Hygiene Regulation.
Responsible for the performance & training of Commis II, Commis III & Apprentices/Trainees in accordance with recipes, standards and specifications.
Qualification and Requirments:
Should have matric degree.
Must have at least 3 years of culinary experience.
1 years in a similar position
Customer & Service Focus.
Team player with initiative, self-direction, self-discipline...
