The Commis Bakers's primary responsibility is to support the Chef de Cuisine Pastry and Bakery in preparing and serving bakery items efficiently, learning both traditional techniques and modern bakery artistry. Collaboration with the pastry team and other culinary members is essential to enhance the overall dining experience.
