We are looking for a Commercial Underwriter to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients and advisors while managing various aspects of commercial insurance policies.

Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Obtain quotes from insurers or create quotes as per binder agreements for new and existing clients, re‑broking, and policy amendments. Supply quotes to clients/advisors. Issue new business policies accurately on systems or via direct insurers. Process broker appointments. Manage policy amendments requested by clients/advisors, issuing confirmation of insurance coverage and updated policy schedules. Follow up on unpaid premiums as per company processes. Process policy cancellations, discussing requests with advisors and clients to confirm cancellations. Assist clients/advisors with general insurance‑related issues.
