Commercial Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and facilitate in-person/hybrid training for agent staff (sales, service, management) on product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, and brand confidence.
• Conduct on-site training visits to Colombian agents, localize training materials (handbooks, presentations) to fit market/cultural needs.
• Identify training gaps via agent/sales team collaboration, track effectiveness with KPIs, and submit reports to the Colombian branch & HQ.
• Act as liaison between the Colombian branch and training team of HQ, align local initiatives with global standards, and support global program rollout.
• Build partnerships with agent management, provide post-training support, and advocate for agent training needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of automotive experience (preferably training related).
• Proven skills in training facilitation, material development, and needs analysis.
