Job Offer: Commercial Support Agent – Marjane Mall (Mohammedia)

Salary: 4000 DH net + performance bonuses

Main tasks:

Provide commercial support to partner sellers on the Marjane Mall platform.

Help sellers upload and manage their products (photos, prices, stock, promotions).

Process and track customer orders, returns, and complaints.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, marketing) to ensure a smooth experience.

Prepare sales tracking reports and contribute to improving commercial performance.

Profile sought:

Minimum Bac+2 level (Commerce, Management, Marketing, or equivalent).
