Superintendent The Superintendent oversees the operation on the construction site and leads the construction process with the Project Manager from planning to completion. Primary responsibilities include: Supervises and coordinates construction activities, including deployment of material and equipment. Oversees on‐site labor—time and break tracking, job site safety and cleanliness, and ensures compliance with all specifications. Manages the construction schedule and coordinates subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. Maintains relationships with customer representatives and ensures compliance with Company and client guidelines. Implements quality control and safety procedures and monitors compliance at the job site. Manages on‐site labor through daily timesheets and sign‐in/sign‐out procedures.
