The Role:

We're looking for a Superintendent- someone who can take full ownership of a job site, lead crews confidently, and ensure projects run right from start to finish.You'll be trusted to work, make decisions in the field, and represent Hargrove with clients and GCs.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Running commercial roofing projects from pre-con through closeout
• Managing crews, schedules, and site logistics hands-on
• Ensuring work meets manufacturer specs and passes inspection the first time
