Prominent, mid-sized law firm located in Westchester, NY is seeking a Partner / Of-Counsel Attorney who specializes in Commercial Real Estate to join its well-established team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading complex, commercial real estate transactions. In addition, they will have experience representing developers in commercial lending, including construction lending, and leading small and large commercial real estate joint venture deals.
