Commercial Real Estate Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support a US-based commercial real estate investment firm. This is a highly analytical, finance-focused role involving underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis across commercial real estate transactions.
This position is not entry-level and not administrative. The ideal candidate already understands commercial real estate finance and can independently prepare underwriting models, investment memos, and analytical materials used in credit or investment committee decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare commercial real estate underwriting models, sizing analyses, and initial deal memos
Perform financial underwriting and valuation for acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations
Review and analyze:
Rent rolls
Operating statements
Borrower financials
Supporting deal documentation
Assess cash flow stability, credit risk, and sponsor strength
