A well-established and reputable law firm in Huddersfield is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE or above to join its’ growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and commercially minded Solicitor to handle a broad range of quality commercial property work within a supportive and friendly firm.

The role will involve handling a varied caseload including:
Sales and acquisitions of commercial property

Landlord and tenant matters

Commercial leases

Development work

Property finance matters

General commercial property support for business clients
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property

Experience of managing a caseload with a good level of independence
