• Manage a modest sized portfolio of commercial properties all within the Mornington Peninsula
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs ensuring compliance with legislation
• Conduct property inspections
• Arrears management and rent increases
• Liaising and maintaining strong relationships with landlords & tenants
