Commercial Project Manager / Estimator
Our client is seeking a Commercial Project Manager / Estimator to identify, estimate, secure, and deliver commercial construction projects from bid through completion. This role combines estimating, project management, and business development responsibilities while supporting the continued growth of the commercial division. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Identify and pursue commercial project opportunities through tenders, RFPs, referrals, and industry networking Prepare accurate estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements Obtain and evaluate pricing from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to support competitive bids Assess project risks, profitability,...
