Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of engineers and apprentices on site
• Act as the primary contact/manager for engineers and apprentices on site
• Assist with problem jobs by providing technical and physical assistance
• Support the director with all aspects of contracts
• Complete job reports on project completion

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position
• Ability to follow Health and Safety guidelines
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations
• Good knowledge of heating systems and pipe fitting
